As enacted: - Prohibits students, faculty, and staff in K-12 schools from using deepfake material against a student with the intent to coerce, harass, intimidate, or maliciously disseminate or sell the material. - Requires the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, in collaboration with the Department of Education, to adopt rules and regulations to implement these provisions. - The 4/27/2026 amendments make technical changes.
