As introduced: - Requires an employer to include whether a posting is for an existing, anticipated, or new vacancy; the estimated time frame within which the position will be filled; the estimated start date; whether the position is fully funded; salary range and information; number of time the position has been posted in the last year; whether the job posting has been posted on multiple boards; and the extent of AI use in all public job postings. - Mandates the removal of filled job postings within two weeks and requires employers to notify interviewed applicants of their status. - Prohibits the use of applicant data for data mining or selling and requires its deletion after one year. - Establishes civil penalties for violations and applies these requirements to employers with 50 or more employees.
