As substituted on 3/31/2025: - Amends child pornography laws to add computer-generated obscene material depicting a child created through artificial intelligence. - Creates liability for a person that owns or operates an AI system available to the public that generates visual content if the person knows or reasonable should have know that the program was reasonably likely to and in fact did provide a description of obscene conduct to a child. - Creates higher penalties for the use of artificial intelligence to commit certain crimes.
