As passed the Senate on 3/6/2026: - Allows the attorney general or state prosecutors to pursue civil enforcement against people who knowingly use someone’s image without permission in depictions of nudity or sexually explicit conduct. - Exempts internet service providers, search engines, and cloud services when they merely provide access or transmission and are not responsible for creating the content.
