As introduced: - Allows a retailer selling a consumer commodity in the State to use electronic shelf labels to disclose to consumers the retail price and unit price of the consumer commodity for sale. - Prohibits a retailer that utilizes electronic shelf labels from using dynamic pricing to alter the retail price or unit price of a consumer commodity while the retailer is open to the public. - Prohibits a retailer from altering the retail price or unit price of a consumer commodity until at least 24 hours after the last alteration to the retail price or unit price for the consumer commodity. - Prohibits a retailer from using electronic shelf labels or dynamic pricing to display the retail price or unit price of a consumer commodity offered for sale at a point of sale on or before January 15, 2027.
