Requires regularly reporting testing. - Requires the developer or deployer of a system that could be reasonably expected to impact consumers to exercise reasonable care to avoid any reasonably foreseeable risk arising from the system. - Requires documented testing, evaluation, verification, and validation of the system and a risk management policy. - Creates a private right of action.
