As introduced: - Creates a right to protection against the appropriation of such individual's indicia of identity by another person during the life and for ten years after the death of a person. - Prohibits the used of another’s identity for commercial, fundraising, or AI training purposes without authorization, publishing, selling, or distributing an individual's identity without consent, or developing or distributing technology that replicates someone’s identity without authorization. - Creates a private right of action.
