Amends the requirements for administration of nitrous oxide by a dental hygienist. - Amends the educational requirements for dental hygienists. - Amends the licensure and temporary permit requirements for respiratory care practitioners - Allows a current or former police officer or firefighter to recover medical benefits for an employment related injury or illness without first proceeding with a worker's compensation claim. - NOTE: 1/22/2026 amendment removed provisions relating to assisted living services, mental health chatbots, parity for mental health services and 1/26/2026 amendment removed provisions related to neuroplastogen treatment
