As amended 1/29/2026: - Requires government contracts for certain technological products or services to include a provision certifying the contractor and its subcontractors are not tied to a foreign adversary. - Prohibits state educational institutions from enrolling students from certain foreign adversary nations in designated academic programs, including in the fields of engineering, computer science, and artificial intelligence. - Prohibits individuals and business entities from a foreign adversary country from acquiring real property, mineral rights, or water rights in the state. - Repeals existing statutes regarding foreign ownership of agricultural land.
