As introduced: - Requires ticket issuers and resellers to display the total price of a ticket, including all mandatory fees, more prominently than other pricing information whenever the price is displayed or advertised. - Requires issuers and resellers to provide a complete itemization of the total ticket price, along with information about the seat number or section at the venue associated with the ticket. - Prohibits ticket issuers and resellers from selling speculative tickets, using bots to circumvent purchase limits, or selling more than one copy of the same ticket for an event. - Requires a ticket reseller to provide a refund if an event is canceled or if a ticket is not accepted by the venue for specified reasons. - Classifies a violation of these provisions as a deceptive act actionable by the attorney general or a consumer.
