As introduced: - Makes it a civil rights violation to use artificial intelligence in a real estate transaction without providing notice to the other person in the transaction. - Makes it a civil rights violation for a financial institution to fail to inform an applicant for a loan that artificial intelligence was used to process the application. - Makes it a civil rights violation to fail to inform a credit card applicant, upon request, that artificial intelligence was used to process the application. - Makes it a civil rights violation for a place of public accommodation to fail to inform a person that artificial intelligence is used to determine access to its facilities, goods, and services. - Requires the Department of Human Rights to adopt rules to implement these notice requirements.
