As introduced: - Prohibits food retailers that operates an establishment that is at least 15,000 square feet from engaging in dynamic pricing or using consumer surveillance data to set prices for goods or services. - Prohibits food retailers from using a consumer's protected class data if it results in denying them an accommodation, advantage, or privilege accorded to others. - Exempts promotional pricing offers, loyalty program benefits, or other temporary discounts or price changes related to retaining existing customers from dynamic pricing. - Prohibits a food retailer from unilaterally implementing changes that would diminish or impair employee rights or benefits under an existing collective bargaining agreement. - Makes a violation of the consumer pricing provisions an unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practice.
