As introduced: - Requires disclosure to consumers of interactions with generative artificial intelligence, with specific requirements for high-risk interactions in regulated professions. - Prohibits using the actions of a generative artificial intelligence system as an affirmative defense against a claim of an unfair or deceptive act. - Amends the composition of the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council and extends its operation until 2030. - Directs the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council to study and report on the ethical use of artificial intelligence in health care, human services, education, and public finance.
