As introduced: - Establishes the Maryland Artificial Intelligence Partnership within the University System of Maryland to coordinate statewide AI initiatives and create regional technology extension hubs. - Establishes the Artificial Intelligence Incubation Lab within the University System of Maryland to assist state agencies with adopting and developing AI solutions. - Designates the Center for Equitable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Systems at Morgan State University as a statewide resource to conduct research for state agencies on the use of AI. - Renames the Cybersecurity Public Service Scholarship Program to the Emerging Technology Public Service Scholarship Program and expands eligibility to include students pursuing degrees in artificial intelligence. - Expands the Cyber Warrior Diversity Program to include training students in artificial intelligence.
